workshops with focused business groups for system walkthroughs and use cases modelling. <br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Work with different business groups and product teams during multi day PI Planning sessions.<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Elicit and document functional and system requirements in PI Planning sessions with Subject Matter Experts (SME) and business sponsors.<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Create process flows and high-level wireframes in MIRO boards to document and communicate key business ideas captured during PI Planning session.<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Manage product backlog via creation of user stories in JIRA and assist dev team in identifying the associated tasks and managing effort/time estimation prioritized per sprint.<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Review user stories from the product backlog and screen designs with business users/product owners in weekly requirements calls to clarify open questions and discuss any impediments.<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Prioritize user stories from the product backlog based on the product roadmap and key milestones during weekly grooming sessions.<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Review detailed acceptance criteria and screen designs of user stories with development team during sprint planning to ensure they agree with the requested work.<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Evaluate and gather feedback for last Sprint with the scrum team during sprint retrospective session.<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Review daily progress toward the iteration/sprint goal and assess any risk toward the sprint commitment in daily stand-ups.<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Ensure there is no impediment and development team working towards completion of all user stories and bug fixes as part of the sprint goal.<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Facilitate review sessions with UI/UX and dev team to ensure prototypes and screen designs meet business requirements.<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Create detailed data dictionary to document mapping logic and table descriptions for Currency, Attribute, Partner, Project Entity, Partner Capital and Partner Capital data types.<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Review test scenarios and test cases with QA to ensure proper traceability has been maintained between test cases and requirements captured in user stories.&nbsp;<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Participate in daily (DRM) Defect Review Meetings with scrum team to review and clarify open bugs.<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Perform integration and regression testing in different environments after each deployment to ensure all functionalities are working as expected.</span><br /></li></ul><div class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span><b>Desired Profile</b>:</span><br /></div><ul><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Master’s Business Administration, Technology Management, Financial Management or Finance <br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>minimum 2 years experience as Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or related occupation.<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span><span>Must be willing to travel/relocate to anywhere in the US.</span><br /></span></li></ul></span><br
