Our products leverage AI/ML based federated analytics to deliver actionable insights to enable our customers to grow their business.&nbsp;We are seeking an Engineering Team Lead to join the R&amp;D product engineering team.<br /></div><div class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><br /></div><div class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br /></div><ul><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Manage and lead a product engineering team of 6-10 engineers <br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Partner with Product Managers to deliver on product roadmap<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Responsible for productivity of the team<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Partner with peers on other product teams to ensure standardization across the organization<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Lead the team as a Scrum Master<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Writing your code with the highest coding standard with a strong focus on data privacy, and security controls<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Leading and delivering full E2E features that requires both coding in Back End &amp; Front End<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Evaluating new technologies with a view to improving the tech stack for the product<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Participate in design meetings<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Communicating with clients<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Leading epics end to end as tech lead - working with Product and the R&amp;D team<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Doing code reviews and pushing for quality<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Coaching the junior members of the team<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Working in highly dynamic agile environment<br /></span></li></ul><div class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><b>Desired Profile:</b><br /></div><ul><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>10+ years of experience in software engineering <br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>A minimum of 2 years’ experience with Python; experience with React is desirable<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>4+ years of experience leading/managing an engineering team<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Experience with UI\\UX<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Experience working with Scrum\\Agile methodology<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Development of enterprise grade products<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Knowledge of Docker or Kubernetes - desirable<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Knowledge of public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) - desirable<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Deliver full features into production environment<br /></span></li></ul><div class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><br /></div></span><br />","isHybridJob":false,"isRemoteJob":false,"noOfOpenings":1,"maxExperience":"15","minExperience":"10","isOnPremiseJob":true,"onBehalfOfName":"OwnBackup","otherlocations":[],"zohoCurrencyIn":"USD","experienceLevel":"Mid / Senior","zohoNoOfOpenings":{"noOfOpenings":1,"fulfillmentIds":["557706000012608050-1"]},"otherJobReference":null,"sharpenedJobTitle":"Software Engineering Team Lead","job_category_group":3,"portalLocationDisplay":"Jersey City NJ","expertise_coreskill_or_product":["Other"],"job_id":"2341"}
