PK, the experience engineer firm, is seeking a Technology Engagement Manager to join our team as a full-time employee in San Francisco, CA area.

This role is responsible for client engagement and satisfaction consultant experience and project deliverable quality.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Be a career advisor to the junior staff.
  • Lead teams of consultants in delivering a portfolio of strategy, digital experience and data engagements.
  • Own client and consultant satisfaction with our work.
  • Coach and develop junior team members in their immediate projects and long-term career development.
  • Support account development and business development for footprints within targeted Bay Area technology accounts.
  • Help build account plans and identify required resources, budget and personnel to ensure success.
  • Radiate and network within the account to help develop new relationships.
  • Become trusted advisor for your clients and their teams.
  • Help build PK Digital Transformation solutions (end to end from strategy and design through build and run).
  • Contribute to PK thought leadership in relevant content development, events and account-based marketing.
Desired Profile:
  • Established track record in project delivery with Technology accounts.
  • 5+ years in prior consulting experience, with 3+ years as a manager of people and teams, and delivering projects to technology clients.
  • Proven subject matter expertise in digital transformation, data analysis and/or SaaS sales, marketing, partner/channel and customer experience functions.
  • A confirmed ability to support Digital Transformation conversations with client executives.
  • Direct experience with project delivery and account development for technology accounts in professional services or agency environment; experience and relationships with high tech clients highly preferred.
  • A track record of effectively managing cross-functional project teams to uncover additional opportunities.
  • Well-honed written, verbal and interpersonal skills with strong emotional IQ and “driver” mindset.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams with balance of growth mindset and accountability.​
