PK is currently searching for a results-oriented, senior-level recruitment professional to join our Strategy & Design Talent Acquisition (TA) Team.  Our sales team has grown the business and as a result, we are expanding our recruiting team to meet the demands of our growing firm.  This is a great opportunity to share your expertise and complement a high performing, collaborative team who wants to ensure your success.

Our TA Team partners with leaders from the Strategy & Design Service Line to fill a multitude of consulting roles for different Centers of Excellence within the firm.  These CoEs include Digital Marketing, Design, Strategy, Product Realization, Enterprise Modernization and Loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Partnering closely with hiring managers and leaders to hire top strategy, design and customer loyalty candidates across multiple teams, ranging from individual contributors to managers and directors
  • Leveraging multiple sourcing strategies and channels including your external professional network, job boards, and internal referrals to source high-quality candidates for open positions
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals
  • Contributing best practices to continually improve our processes
  • Driving offer process- including extending offers and closing candidates
  • Coordinating with colleagues to innovate our research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping and competitor analysis
  • Leveraging data, your knowledge, and industry trends to build and execute creative candidate close strategies

Desired Profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent years of experience in recruiting, sales or related field
  • An expert level of knowledge in all full life-cycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, wage and salary trends, employment law and due diligence
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for all levels of an organization (including mid-level to executive management positions)
  • Proven organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to contact and engage candidates over the phone
  • Proficient technical abilities with Microsoft Office suite and applicant tracking system(s)
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to include influencing others, negotiation and relationship management
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong team focus and the ability to excel in a team environment
  • Open & willing to learn new information and perform a variety of tasks and change focus quickly
  • Must have strong initiative and demonstrate a high level of dependability and follow-through
