Concentrix Catalyst is currently searching for an ambitious Talent Acquisition Director to join our Team. As a Talent Acquisition Director will help guide the recruitment procedures, from sourcing to hiring, managing a team of recruiters, and identifying high-potential candidates.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and refine the global talent acquisition strategy
  • Design and implement cutting edge recruitment and talent acquisition strategies, methodologies, processes, and tools to meet business demands of global technical resourcing
  • Lead, develop and engage the Talent Acquisition team to manage and improve organizational effectiveness
  • Consult regularly with Executive Team to thoroughly understand the needs of the business to deliver against vision, strategy, and goals
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand key talent gaps, organizational effectiveness, and change
  • Establish and implement metrics that support candidate tracking, recruiter performance, and overall strategy and share key information to support the recruitment needs of all business units
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, motivating, training, and direction to Talent Acquisition business units outside the US
  • Plan and lead employee engagement and measurement activities and recommend action plans based on the results
  • Manage strategic partner relationships (search firms, contract labor, pre-employment screening, social media management, web design, and RPO)
  • Build programs, generate awareness, and build candidate pipelines for companywide recruiting and training
  • Oversee the development of performance management programs, processes, and activities that link to training needs, performance improvements, and career development
  • Track workforce planning, staffing patterns, and turnover data to analyze the effectiveness of recruiting practices
  • The position needs hands-on rolling up sleeves to drive the aggressive outcome, strategies to help the TA team better sell PK to the potential candidates.
  • Create a culture of metric-driven organisation both Internal TA team and with hiring partners.
  • Devise and oversee best practice strategies for applicant tracking system, employee referral program, employer branding through external advertising, internet presences, and social media

Desired Profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent years of experience in human resources and recruiting
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a talent acquisition manager or head of talent acquisition
  • An expert level of knowledge in all full life-cycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence
  • Proficient at using software and leveraging technology for talent acquisition process
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for all levels of an organization with exposure to hiring from mid-level to senior management positions
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to include influencing others and relationship management
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong team focus and the ability to excel in a team environment
  • Must have strong initiative and demonstrate a high level of dependability and follow-through
