This role ensures Mindtree experiences growth in priority and growth mining accounts. Will be responsible for handling portfolio of accounts and driving successful client relationships and interaction with senior executive level clients while focusing on all aspects of client growth, relationship development, financial integrity, and quality delivery and execution of all engagements.

You will be handling relationship with existing and target new executives in existing accounts clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as liaison between clients and management for business executions. Negotiate business contracts and costs with customers as needed and develop customized programs to meet client needs and close business
  • Responsible for working across organizational structures to manage the successful execution of a portfolio of initiatives, ensuring on schedule, on-quality and on-budget delivery through driving accountability
  • Effectively manage all commercial aspects of the client relationship including contracts, pricing, profitability, internal revenue and profit forecasting
  • Responsible for driving business and responses to new opportunities and for large opportunities from existing accounts. Identifying the key factors for customer success to drive Account growth & positive customer engagements for longer-term
  • Prospect, identify, qualify and develop strong multi-service line growth pipeline across the portfolio. Implementing best practices for customer account growth, positive customer engagement & long-term relationships
  • To effectively participate in pre-sales activities to support and demonstrate best practices and offer insight into client business
  • Managing P&L (both top-line & bottom - line) of the projects/portfolio assigned and add revenue over and above the set target by the organization
  • Need to ensure relationships with key client stakeholders and map equations and to work with customers to provide solutions and address any delivery related issues
Desired Profile:
  • Over 10+ years’ experience in client partner role and proven experience in growing key strategic accounts across all service-lines
  • Experience with working either in/for large IT services firms or consulting organisations
  • Experience with working either in/for BSFI or Insurance
  • Relevant years of experience in one or two of the service offerings ADM/AMS, Modernization, Intelligent Automation, Analytics and enterprise solutions (e.g. SAP, MS Dynamics, Oracle, Salesforce) 
  • Ability to interface at all levels of an organization
  • Sound financial & Commercial business understanding
  • Ability to drive customer satisfaction & expectations through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough effective communication.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and executive presentation skills in English
