You will work closely with clinical and analytics leadership, subject matter experts, product, and engineering to support decision-making for a wide range of strategic, product, and clinical problems. The work will be fast-paced and project-based, with evolving needs - requiring adaptability, curiosity, and grace under pressure. Your work will support the expression of clinical policies, programs, and guidelines as rules that power our products and services.<br /></div><div class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><br /></div><div class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br /></div><ul><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Work with a talented team to move changes from concept to deliverables <br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Contribute to the development of exciting products that people want to use<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Organize work and focus the team on what needs to be accomplished<br /></span></li><ul><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Facilitate Agile sprint ceremonies for a squad of analysts<br /></span></li><ul><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Daily stand up meetings<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Sprint Planning meeting<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Sprint retrospective and Grooming sessions<br /></span></li></ul></ul><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Connect granular tasks to longer-term strategic objectives<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Prioritize in a time-crunched, fast-paced environment<br /></span></li><ul><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Assist team leadership with determining team capacity<br /></span></li><ul><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Shares feedback from retrospectives with leadership<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Analysis workload, story points and burndown in Jira<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Communicates capacity with Leadership<br /></span></li></ul></ul><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Collaborate with the Clinical Content team and other teams across the organization to accomplish common goals.<br /></span></li><ul><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Assists leadership with aligning current work with future work for projects coming from other departments<br /></span></li></ul><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Maintain high level project perspectives as well daily Jira story work<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Serve as a go-to resource for project updates, progress, timelines and dependencies<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Clearly communicate updates to stakeholders across the organization<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Monitor Jira ticket consistency and quality before tickets are closed<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Status Reporting<br /></span></li><ul><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Regular reporting is aligned and integrated and with cost and schedule variances that are understood and can be articulated to senior executive audiences<br /></span></li></ul><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Planning<br /></span></li><ul><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Manage tasks and resources in a detailed project plan with accurate updates on implementation schedule provided regularly; utilize data to inform strategies that will drive meaningful change and demonstrate program impact and efficacy<br /></span></li></ul><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Communication<br /></span></li><ul><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Identify, engage, and manage all stakeholders including clearly identifying roles, articulating responsibilities, setting expectations, and resolving gaps and constraints effectively<br /></span></li></ul></ul><div class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><b>Desired Profile:</b><br /></div><ul><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>3-5 years of experience in project management <br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>PMP or Agile Scrum Master certification<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Skilled in using Project Management tools<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Prior experience in HealthCare IT market<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Analytical thinker who thrives on solving complex problems<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Exceptional communication skills and has a keen ability for translating technical requirements to a less technical audience<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Detail-oriented and enjoy managing simultaneous projects with competing priorities and multiple stakeholders<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Ability to set priorities, manage expectations, and elicit support across departments and with management<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Ability to work well both as part of a team and independently<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Ability to work independently in a remote work environment with minimal supervision<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>You are passionate about improving the U.S. healthcare system and helping ensure every patient receives the best care possible<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Demonstrated track record of continuous quality improvement programs that deliver<br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Nice to Have Experience:<br /></span></li><ul><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Strongly proficient in G suite applications <br /></span></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Proficient in Atlassian Jira &amp;
