The person should have worked in large IT organizations and have experience in managing multiple service delivery teams executing Remote IT Services & functions
Ability to plan and monitor the progress of all the service areas against the defined service levels, and should have been accountable for service results, quality, schedule, scope and efforts
Experience in driving continuous improvement in project deliveries and individual / team performance
Demonstrated capabilities in creating, contributing and implementing best practices of RIMS operations
Experience along with greater understanding of BU technical services requirements and their business models
Ability to establish and maintain excellent relationships with business partners
Experience in building and managing multiple cross location teams, including:
Hiring and retaining best talent – goal setting and performance management,
Managing aspirations of individuals,
Creating and implementing growth & development plans for the team,
Managing team motivation levels,
Resource planning and balanced resource utilization across teams
