Over 10+ years’ experience in client partner role and proven experience in growing key strategic accounts across all service-lines
Experience with working either in/for large IT services firms or consulting organisations
Experience with working either in/for BFSI or Insurance
Relevant years of experience in one or two of the service offerings ADM/AMS, Modernization, Intelligent Automation, Analytics and enterprise solutions (e.g. SAP, MS Dynamics, Oracle, Salesforce)
Ability to interface at all levels of an organization
Sound financial & Commercial business understanding
Ability to drive customer satisfaction & expectations through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough effective communication.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and executive presentation skills in English
