We are looking for an innovative Digital Product Engagement Manager to build digital product and experiences for AssetMark Digital Transformation program. The Digital Product Engagement Manager will help create value and drive growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the digital engagement lead, responsible for digital strategies and program/product roadmaps, and work directly with client product and digital experience teams to position the engagement for success
  • Serve as an expert digital consultant driving the Digital Transformation roadmap and producing relevant deliverables
  • Stay abreast of current and emerging trends, unique opportunities, and challenges of the Wealth management space in which the client operates, and how it affects client’s business and initiatives
  • Be a thought-leader, evangelize and drive collaborative, user-centered approaches to defining and solving problems
  • Understand the intersection between technology, customers, and business
  • Align and set expectation with various stakeholders
  • Digital Product Delivery:
    • Own the program roadmap and product backlog
    • Perform feature prioritization and release planning based on SAFE Agile methodology
    • Responsible for shaping solutions and properly scoping / pricing engagements, establishing optimal operating models and project team organization
    • Understand the full end-end product cycle, from product vision/strategy, user experience design through development and release. Working closely with product/program management to ensure successful delivery through an integrated delivery model
    • Orchestrate digital transformation and product solutions, product owner teams, XD teams, Engineering teams.
  • Set up teams with the right level of capability and capacity to execute teams.
    • Set relevant standards of quality and other work to the team.
    • Be a unifier across Orion COIs to provide a flawless interface to the client across our delivery programs. Towards that, collaborate between several competency centers to bring in alignments and ensure successful delivery.
  • Responsible for overall delivery across multiple workstream(s).
    • Resolves delivery issues; understands and leads client expectations to result in an extraordinary client experience.
    • Get first-hand customer information and uses it for improvements in services provided.
    • Review/facilitate technology solution, architecture, estimates and execution methodology for new opportunities.
Desired Profile:
  • 18+ years of experience with demonstrated experience in delivering projects.
  • Experience in Wealth Management domain will be highly preferred.
  • Strong digital knowledge or experience with particular emphasis on strategy, consulting, team management and product development.
  • Product management experience with a leading tech company or financial services company.
  • Deep technical knowledge, with the ability to break down the work involved in solving them, and the impact of those decisions on engineering
  • Should have experience in executing projects in Agile model with stringent performance SLAs.
  • Strong in SAFe Agile, hands-on experience.
  • Should have strong knowledge on program management metrics and levers to improve productivity.
  • Experience in implementing change management process highly preferred.
  • Strong problem solver and creative thinker with gravitas
  • Ability to operate at the strategic level, yet being close enough to the details to add value to clients and be a real support to your team
  • Exceptional leadership/management skills and superb oral and written communication, with seasoned presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Track record of leading teams
