We are looking for an energetic and experienced person as Engagement leader.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Minimum 12+ years of working experience in building deep client relationships at CXO level by being trusted partner and by delivering promised impact
  • Create Client engagement roadmap and revenue generation opportunities aligned to client's needs, business environment and Scienaptic offerings
  • Work closely with client engagement and business development teams to create compelling business offerings and enhance our suite of product offerings
  • Support evolution of product roadmap by providing business insights and market intelligence
  • Collect, track and analyze client feedback and suggest improvements internally based on the insights gathered – help measure metrics such as NPS to gauge how the brand is performing on customer experience performance metric
Desired Profile:
  • Experience in Financial Services/ Fintech/ BFSI along with Credit Risk in Retail Banking and Data Science. Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, with the public, employees and others in an effective, tactful and courteous manner
  • Experience in crafting engagement campaigns for projects/products/organizations
  • Self-motivated and self-managing, with strong organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Experience working with a remote team
  • Ability to build and sustain diverse networks, coalitions and partnerships
  • Ability to Identify, motivate and support community leaders and champions
  • Ability to effectively plan, develop and execute programs and events and evaluate their outcomes and take appropriate action
  • A high degree of initiative, willingness to collaborate with a diverse team, and energy to achieve ambitious goals, meet deadlines, and stage multiple projects
