The Catalyst Team is seeking a Director of Could Operations to join our full-time team as full-time employee.

Concentrix Catalyst is open to remote locations, excluding Colorado.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide practice adoption, technology expertise and process optimization blueprint for enterprise initiatives.
  • GTM Strategy - Contribute to the definition and establishment of Catalyst market leading offerings addressing business and market challenges that inspire enterprise Cloud operations maturity and transformations.
  • Exceptional business and technical acumen - Ability to communicate effectively across client organizations including executives, stakeholders, product, and delivery organizations. Ability to communicate and lead internally across our multi-disciplinary and global structure.
  • Trusted Advisor - Adept at building trust with your customer through strategic thought, exceptional execution, and technical depth and expertise.
  • Lead and energize your teams and clients by providing thought leadership in modern Cloud operations and spend optimization trends and technology.
  • Thought Leader - Contribute to Catalyst published POVs, Whitepapers, Blog Posts, Webinars, and Speaking Engagements.
  • Technical Excellence - Ensure adherence to sound architecture and platform standards and best practices
  • Continuous Improvement - Driven to lead self, clients, and teams in a rhythm and appetite for leading modern digital ecommerce trends and technology. Stay in tune with the latest trends and technology updates, changes, community, and roadmap(s). Improving and maintaining cloud engineering guidelines
  • Sales Engineering - Along-side Catalyst Vertical Sales provide broad expertise in strategic program direction and Cloud operations solution architectures and best practices. In a heavily client-facing pre-sales, or delivery kickstart role, accountable for big picture solution architecture and design. Assist in Translate business and marketing challenges into well-designed GTM solutions.

Desired Profile:

  • 15+ years in Manage Services / IT Operations
  • 10+ years in Cloud Operations for large scale projects
  • 3+ years’ experience in DevOps/SDLC strategy
  • Mastery with DevOps tools including Azure DevOps and/or Azure Engineer certification or similar experience, Jenkins, GitHub.
  • Mastery with contemporary engineering process (e.g., agile, scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience using cloud-based hosting solutions
  • Mastery of at least two public cloud platforms (GCP, AWS / Azure, etc.)
  • Solid experience designing or operating containers and container management platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, etc)
  • 6+ years managing, mentoring, motivating, and growing a goal-driven delivery team; Excellent interpersonal skills, including demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring resources
  • Good working knowledge of Source Control concepts and tools
  • Strong, current working knowledge integrating automation workflow tools (Jenkins/Hudson/uDeploy) with configuration management tools (Chef/Puppet/Salt Stack/Ansible)
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CT/CD pipeline
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as TerraForm or equivalent
  • Knowledge of SecOps is required
  • Knowledge of Cloud Spend Optimization is required
  • Ability to work effectively with non-technical personnel
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, a similar degree, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to drive a Cloud Operation strategy with a customer
  • Familiarity of the role of Site Reliability Engineering is desired.
