As FlixStock’s business continues to successfully grow, we are now looking to scale and accelerate our business significantly in 2021 and beyond. To help drive and secure this global business expansion, we are now seeking an experienced marketing director to join our senior management team. Direct reporting to CEO.

It’s not just about further developing our company website, incrementally improving brand or driving PR: we are expecting our Marketing director to:
  • Find the correct Marketing mix to drive FlixStock’s growth through the main marketing pivots of: brand development, prospect creation, quality lead generation and sales asset creation. At FlixStock, we believe Marketing’s accountability reaches deep into both practical business development and customer acquisition.
  • Be able to optimize the balance between digital and physical marketing strategies & tactics.
  • Lead and execute demand generation and pipeline acceleration programs leveraging the appropriate channels to drive high rates of marketing qualified leads and conversions.
  • Be both an internal inspirational leader and a powerful external voice / ambassador for FlixStock in the global market.
  • Develop and take-to-market compelling value propositions that reflect the buying needs of our target segments and persona in a timely and compelling way.
  • Additional responsibility details:
    • Establish and build effective marketing strategies to maximize customer acquisition
    • Provide compelling Market and competitive insights
    • Work collaboratively with FlixStock’s sales teams to ensure a consistent marketing & sales alignment across common KPIs and strategies.
    • Manage the lead generation process: maximizing MQLs quality and volumes
    • Create and execute a compelling brand strategy that strengthens brand value in existing and new markets.
    • Drive sales collateral that supports both solution and sales positioning – these might include POV build outs, Challenger sales material, innovative sales hooks, white papers, presentations and value propositions.
    • In the longer term, work closely with Customer Success to evolve install base campaigns, upselling effectiveness and drive continued high customer retention & renewal levels.
We’re looking for someone dynamic and you’ll need to have the below in generous quantities to  succeed in this role:
  • Our successful applicant will be able to show a consistent record of delivering business results in a global B2B environment, in the enterprise space, positioning innovative products and SAAS models. You will need at least 10 years of marketing experience.
  • Whilst delivering a clear ROI on marketing initiatives and deploying campaigns to budget and time, is taken as read, out primary indicator of success will be the impact on deals closed within our targeted enterprise accounts.
  • A deep understanding and hands on experience of building customer awareness, acquisition and retention for innovative technology-based solutions, by selling to the C-suite.
  • A proven capability of successful multi-channel marketing strategies, in particular those that drive effective funnels. Experienced in effective content management and thought leadership.
  • A clear record of creativity in terms of innovate campaigns and GTM strategies that build brand, leads and revenue, that leverage multi-channels including SEM/SEO, email, content syndication, webinars, events and account based out-reaches.
  • Ideally past experience of a Global remit, or at a minimum, practical experience of creating effective marketing campaigns and outcomes in our priority markets of North America and Europe.

  • A deep understanding of the full E2E sales chain and where marketing can drive sales performance.
  • The ability to conceive and build marketing strategies that develop a need for innovative solutions where awareness of a solution’s potential value, may initially be currently low.
  • Able to operate and contribute at board level.
  • Able to lead and execute in a multi-cultural environment.
