We are looking for someone with deep roots in digital marketing - someone that can use data to interpret trends, and that knows how to map out metrics across user journeys in order to accurately understand what is going on across digital channels. You’ll rely on your experience building and delivering data-driven insights that inform digital marketing strategy (including but not limited to web, email, social, search, display, SMS) to build out digital analytics framework that is robust and scalable, drive digital marketing decisions from data insights as well as inform our internal customers through reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Global Head of Digital to develop a cohesive vision for our digital marketing analytics
  • Establish clear and scalable KPIs that are focused on our customers
  • Use clear and compelling communication to present your innovative ideas and data-driven optimization recommendations
  • Combine passion for storytelling and insights from data to illustrate our digital performance and footprint
  • Work with global team and cross functionally on a regular basis
  • Build and maintain clear and concise recurring reports to measure success across channels and campaigns
  • Own benchmarks, standardization, and documentation
  • Provide insights on best practices for tagging digital activity for measurement
  • Undertake digital marketing attribution analysis

Desired Profile:
  • 5 to 7 years of digital marketing analytics experience
  • Knowledge of all digital channels and the associated KPIs, as well as the relevant strategies/approaches (nurture, acquisition, etc)
  • Experience interpreting, analyzing, and reporting on data trends, and making strategic and creative recommendations based on findings
  • Experience presenting analytics reports in a clear, effective, and dynamic manner
  • Fluency in Google Analytics
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Google Adwords is a plus
  • Experience with Tableau and/or other BI tools
  • Ability to manipulate and process large amounts of data
  • Articulate and compelling communication and presentation skills
  • An insatiable appetite for learning about our customers and what is important to them
  • Either previous experience within Asset Management, or significant desire to learn about the buy side
