client relationship:<br /></div><ul><li><span>All approvals related to the project<br /></span></li><li><span>Facilitating the requirements and design sessions<br /></span></li><li><span>Managing the project execution Process and Requirements definition and sign off<br /></span></li><li><span>Functional Design documentation and signed off Project Planning and Management<br /></span></li><li><span>Develop project plan in MS ProjectPeriodic status reporting of the project status<br /></span></li><li><span>Responsible for User Acceptance and Sign off<br /></span></li><li><span>Managing billing activities, including Approval of Timesheets and expenses Continuous development of internal operating efficiencies, tools, repeatable methodologies<br /></span></li><li><span>Develop domain expertise, understanding of industry best practices<br /></span></li><li><span>Adherence to internal processes and customer-specific project methodologiesCompliance with Knowledge Management processes<br /></span></li><li><span>Follow onsite offsite methodologies and contribute to continuous enhancement of processes<br /></span></li><li><span>Manage team members reporting on the project<br /></span></li><li><span>Deliver internal training for the consultants of the company<br /></span></li><li><span>Prepare and review Statement of Works<br /></span></li><li><span>Mentor project managers and consultants<br /></span></li><li><span>Build relationship with various customer interface points<br /></span></li><li><span>Achieve the customer satisfaction and get the customer feedback on the project<br /></span></li><li><span>Maintain the morale of the team at all times<br /></span></li><li><span>Multiskilled across applications, technologies, functions, modulesSubstantial full cycle project implementation experience<br /></span></li><li><span>Familiar with latest SAP project methodology<br /></span></li></ul><div><b>ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES</b><br /></div><ul><li><span>Generate the billing plan for every month for the project and monitor it against the target and planHelp SBU Head in retention of existing customer base and creation of new customers</span><br /></li><li><span>Monitor and Manage risks</span><br /></li><li><span>Knowledge of Quality processes</span><br /></li><li><span>Capability to manage multiple projects, mixed technology, practice projects, multi site projects </span><br /></li><li><span>Capable to provide an end to end solution in one or the Functional or Technical modules<br /></span></li></ul><div><b>QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE</b><br /></div><ul><li><span>14 plus years of Project Management experience, at least 7 years of SAP project management<br /></span></li><li><span>At least 3 end to end implementations including Rollouts At least one Ariba implementation experience<br /></span></li><li><span>Certification in PMP, CPIM or CSCP or in technical focus area certification would be an added advantage<br /></span></li><li><span>Advanced degree preferred<br /></span></li></ul><div><b>TECHNICAL EXPERTISE</b><br /></div><ul><li><span>Techno Commercial knowledge </span><br /></li><li><span>Indepth understanding of SDLC project and or SAP Oracle Project</span><br /></li><li><span>Understanding of relevant business processes in Supply Chain, Analytics or FinanceUnderstanding of relevant Modules and its integration with another module </span><br /></li><li><span>Knowledge of current technology Having experience in Auto, Engineering, Discrete, Pharma, CPG, Retail, Oil and Gas, Hitech, Semiconductor</span><br /></li><li><span>Experience in Supply Chain, logistics, Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning and DistributionEmerging domain knowledge competencies</span><br /></li></ul><div><span><b>SOFT SKILLS</b></span><br /></div><ul><li><span><span>Excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written </span></span><br /></li><li><span><span>Positive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environment</span></span><br /></li><li><span><span>Ability to drive project responsibilities in a dynamic and proactive manner</span></span><br Security Responsibilities:</b></span><br /></div><ul><li><span>Understand and adhere to Information Security policies, guidelines and procedure, practice them for protection of organizational data and
