Meytier is looking for a Manager -Talent Acquisition to drive recruitment efforts for their clients globally and to provide direction and guidance in fulfilling client requirements in line with the recruitment strategy.


This role is for a passionate, results-oriented individual who work collaboratively with a global team of recruitment and research professionals, partner closely with leaders at Meytier and with clients. The candidate is expected to help the team in devising the hiring strategy, identifying diverse target talent pools and building partnerships within the ecosystem.

You will be owning a handful of requisitions yourself while also contributing towards an overall recruitment strategy for each of our clients. This role will report to Vertical Head – Talent Solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Fulfill client requisitions across sales, tech, non-tech and techno-functional roles gobally and other locations as required
  • Own full-cycle recruitment efforts for our clients for a handful of requisitions at any given time
  • Identify relevant talent pools, generate pipeline for open roles and own the end to end recruitment process – outreach, screening, presenting, engaging with candidates, clients and taking it to closure until the candidate joins
  • Drive operational excellence across the entire recruitment funnel by actively monitoring our recruiting funnel data, analyzing the results, and identifying areas for improvement
  • Contribute towards devising a robust recruitment strategy for each client
  • Mentor peers and new team members as and when required
  • Devise newer ways and identify alternate sources of hiring to build diverse talent pipeline (especially focused on women candidates)
  • Adhere to strict timelines for closing requisitions
  • Serve as strategic partner to each of our client and engage with candidates
  • Ensure a compelling, engaging candidate experience that helps to strengthen our brand
  • Monitor trends in the talent marketplace to identify best-in-class recruiting practices to incorporate into our programming
  • Understand local labor legislation globally (specifically US region) and ensure our practices are all compliant
  • Partner with our local leaders on employee relations issues as needed


About You

  • You have successfully recruited roles based globally in a fast-paced, start-up environment, ideally in an Executive search firm OR
  • You have been a full-cycle recruiter with an IT firm with a strong track record of delivering high caliber hires on time
  • You have good understanding of mid to leadership level requirements in IT sales, Techno-functional as well as Technical roles
  • You are highly skilled in all aspects of full-cycle recruitment – from sourcing to managing the candidate experience, offer negotiations and closing
  • You manage an efficient and highly effective recruitment process while maintaining an uncompromisingly high-quality bar
  • You have hands-on experience with various talent sources – recruitment portals, social media hiring, x-ray search and are equipped with Boolean search etc.
  • You are well-versed in recruiting metrics – which metrics to track, how to benchmark to market, and how to drive actionable insights from these metrics. You look to the numbers (aggregate numbers of candidates, conversion rates, speed) to identify the highest impact initiatives to improve our recruitment efforts
  • You are a strong communicator and are comfortable presenting to an Executive audience on a frequent basis
  • You have managed or worked closely with a modern Applicant Tracking System


Requirements

  • Open towards flexible timing as per clients you are working for.
  • 4-8 years of experience in mid-senior leadership level recruitment for Sales, Techno-functional and Technical roles & delivering quality profiles, US geography experience is a plus.
  • Extensive knowledge of the US geographies and various recruitment platforms and channels for US and Canada region
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills are required MIS reporting and vendor management
