The role of Client Engagement Leader will facilitate excellence in client management, building CXO level relationship and technological advancements. This role will enable you to work closely with functional and technology experts across the industry. You will be able to contribute widely without worrying about conventional job silos.

Job Responsibilities / KRAs

  • Build and deliver Scienaptic business plan by developing deep client engagement ( Key Metrics: End of Period - Annual Recurring Revenue Production Revenue for the Financial Year)
  • Build deep and value-based relationships with customer leadership team by being trusted partner and adding tangible value (Key Metrics: Client Impact through rate of approvals and increase in lending amount; % of auto decisions)
  • Reduce deployment cycle time by aligning DS / Engg / Sales priorities (Key Metric: Reduction in number of days)
  • Increase size of client engagements by proactively selling additional solutions (Key metric: cross-sell revenue for the financial year)
  • Build highly referenceable client relationships based on a systematic process of engaging with clients (Key Metric: Revenue/booked ratio, Client Net Promoter Score, Client retention rate)
  • Run cross functional collaboration between product teams- Data Science and Engineering to ensure consistent and seamless experience for clients leading to significant impact


  • 7+ years of business development or account management experience in financial services (lending or risk background preferable)
  • Proven track record of successfully cultivating and managing CXO relationships
  • Experience of managing a large number of cross functional initiatives.
