We are looking for a passionate Sales leader with proven credentials in the Enterprise SaaS space. The successful candidate should possess a techno business background from early-stage companies that enables them to drive an engagement and interact at the CxO/VP level, as well as a technical understanding that enables them to easily interact with developers and technical architects. You should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions, and work cross-organizationally to build consensus. This opportunity is for the sharp, ambitious and quick learners as they will have the chance to grow rapidly with the firm and build an unstoppable enterprise sales team under them.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue and market share for Zeeve.
  • Define and set quarterly and annual Sales target with the CEO and CTO
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Target to capture Global markets, starting with the focus on North America.
  • Identify where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and execute against a sales plan.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting
  • Work with partners and OEM’s to extend reach & drive adoption of Zeeve platform.
  • Manage contract negotiations along with the core sales organization.
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings.


Desired Profile:

  • 7+ years of technology related sales or business development experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Senior leadership role is preferred
  • Proven experience with early-stage companies/start-ups.
  • Understanding Blockchain is essential, both Public and permission
  • A technical background in engineering, computer science is a plus.
  • Direct field experience working with business accounts.
  • Excellent Verbal and written communications skills.
  • Proven track record of success driving adoption of disruptive technologies within enterprise accounts.
  • Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
  • Extensive customer network is a good to have.
