The Concentrix Catalyst team is seeking a Senior Business Development Director to support our growing Adobe practice. This role will help to lead go-to-market strategies, have national coverage and responsibilities for generating new business through inbound and outbound opportunities. The ideal candidate has experience partnering closely with channel account executives to build and prioritize net new pipeline, familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, and loves the thrill of the hunt.

Concentrix Catalyst is open to remote locations, excluding Colorado.


  • Lead Adobe alliance related pursuits and manage an active pipeline of opportunities in order to achieve/exceed annual sales targets
  • Develop and manage key relationships across the Adobe ecosystem to identify new business opportunities and provide proper communication on account activity
  • Identify untapped Adobe opportunities in existing accounts and contribute as a solution expert on larger, cross-functional or multi-service line opportunity teams
  • Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline; maintain a high volume of inbound and outbound activity
  • Oversee all stages of the sales cycle, working in close partnership with internal delivery team members and channel account executives
  • Manage qualification of opportunities, needs analysis, solution definition, proposal development, SOW creation, and contract negotiation and closing


  •  8+ years of services sales or professional consulting experience
  • Solid understanding of digital experience, commerce and martech platforms
  • Experience selling or providing professional consulting services in the Adobe ecosystem
  • Ability to establish and grow relationships with channel account executives
  • Proven track record of achieving / exceeding sales targets and revenue objectives
  • Experience working directly with senior executives
  • Strong verbal, written communication, listening skills and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent collaboration and team-building skills
  • Ability to travel to client sites where/when needed.
