Must have technical knowledge of overall Duckcreek suite including Policy , Billing , Claims , Insights and distribution management to lead integration
Must have detailed understanding on Duckcreek Claims Architecture , Data Model, UI design, processes and events
Defines how the components of the applications relate to each other, and how the new or existing systems will support the business need
Provides that the application components align with the application architecture and meet application performance specifications
Identifies and addresses any application and data issues that affect application integrity
Identifies and communicates any cross-area or cross-release issues that may affect other project areas
Skills & Qualification
Strong understanding of P&C Claims process with 8+ years’ experience in defining design and solutioning
