The Catalyst Team is seeking an Associate Director, Financial Planning & Analyst to join our full-time team as full-time employee. If you are an experienced financial planning and analysis professional, you will enjoy our fast-paced environment in this highly visible role collaborating with internal partners to impact strategic decisions that contribute to Concentrix’s growth.


Concentrix Catalyst is open to remote locations, excluding Colorado.


Responsibilities:

  • Work with business leadership in setting goals and objectives for the function as well as in setting policies, programs, and procedures that are aligned with Concentrix business goals and objectives 
  • Oversee budget and forecast preparation 
  • Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure appropriate use and reporting of revenue and expenditures 
  • Provide consultation to senior management in business decisions (addition of headcount, mergers & acquisitions, timing of payments, etc.)
  • Use financial analysis techniques to assist the company in improving its ability to compile business cases for expansion
  • Review financial information with senior management on a regular basis
  • Identify, recommend, and implement changes to fiscal policy that will result in meeting/exceeding goals and objectives
  • Design and deliver financial management reports or other documented information in a timely manner in support of corporate processes
  • Consolidate group numbers for results reporting and forecast submissions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive work history in FP&A
  • Proven ability to lead and organize multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment with broad impact 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead strategy behind mentoring and coaching for team(s) and to act as leadership advisor to lower-level management
  • Demonstrated ability to champion significant projects, programs, and business initiatives using creativity and ingenuity
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor team(s) and a desire to drive change
  • Extensive understanding of the organization's business operations and industry; knowledgeable of emerging trends and industry practices
  • Mastery of communication skills and styles, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates.
