The Catalyst Team is seeking an Associate Director, Financial Planning & Analyst to join our full-time team as full-time employee. If you are an experienced financial planning and analysis professional, you will enjoy our fast-paced environment in this highly visible role collaborating with internal partners to impact strategic decisions that contribute to Concentrix’s growth.
Concentrix Catalyst is open to remote locations, excluding Colorado.
Responsibilities:
Work with business leadership in setting goals and objectives for the function as well as in setting policies, programs, and procedures that are aligned with Concentrix business goals and objectives
Oversee budget and forecast preparation
Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure appropriate use and reporting of revenue and expenditures
Provide consultation to senior management in business decisions (addition of headcount, mergers & acquisitions, timing of payments, etc.)
Use financial analysis techniques to assist the company in improving its ability to compile business cases for expansion
Review financial information with senior management on a regular basis
Identify, recommend, and implement changes to fiscal policy that will result in meeting/exceeding goals and objectives
Design and deliver financial management reports or other documented information in a timely manner in support of corporate processes
Consolidate group numbers for results reporting and forecast submissions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or related field
Minimum 5+ years of progressive work history in FP&A
Proven ability to lead and organize multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment with broad impact
Demonstrated ability to lead strategy behind mentoring and coaching for team(s) and to act as leadership advisor to lower-level management
Demonstrated ability to champion significant projects, programs, and business initiatives using creativity and ingenuity
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor team(s) and a desire to drive change
Extensive understanding of the organization's business operations and industry; knowledgeable of emerging trends and industry practices
Mastery of communication skills and styles, both written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates.
