{"group":"Organization","title":"SAP BASIS Mid-Level Manager","zohoId":"","endDate":"2023-04-04T10:21:10.150Z","isDraft":false,"jobType":"Full Time","job_url":"562-orion-innovation-sap-basis-mid-level-manager","agencyId":1,"clientId":"35","location":[{"lat":37.09024,"lon":-95.712891,"zip":"","city":"","text":"United States","state":"","country":"United States","is_city":false,"is_state":false,"is_country":true,"state_code":"","countryCode":"US","isLocationSet":true,"isLocationResolved":true}],"maxSalary":"","minSalary":"","questions":[],"startDate":"2023-04-04T10:21:10.150Z","hiringSPOC":"","onBehalfOf":"42","companyName":"Meytier","description":"<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Deployment of SAP support packages as a process of SAP release strategy</li><li>Providing the company with design ideas and schematics.</li><li>Project managing the design and implementation of the system.</li><li>Troubleshooting systems issues as they arise.</li><li>Measuring the performance of upgraded or newly installed system.</li><li>Training staff on system procedures and policies.</li><li>Providing the management with post-installation feedback</li><li>System copies (homogeneous and heterogeneous system copies)</li><li>SAP Buffer, memory management, performance tuning and troubleshooting</li><li>Administration of RFC connections to SAP OSS and SLD</li><li>SLD administration</li><li>SAP SNC router, SAP OSS connectivity and services</li><li>User Administration / System Authorization</li><li>Document and Data Archiving</li><li>Database Administration and patching (Oracle, SQL Server, HANA)</li><li>Database backup, restore and recovery.</li><li>High Availability and Disaster Recovery configuration and execution.</li><li>Work with external/internal auditors to ensure compliance of systems.</li><li>Work with Cyber Security to ensure systems within the eco system are secure and fully compliant.</li><li>Deployment of SAP support packages as a process of SAP release strategy</li><li>Modification Adjustment in R/3 System Upgrades</li><li>SAP Kernel, ADD on installations along with SPAM and JSPM updates.</li><li>JSPM administration. (deployment of JAVA support packages)</li><li>SAP licensing audit, maintenance of SAP Hardware keys and maintenance keys for SLD</li><li>System copies (homogeneous and heterogeneous system copies)</li><li>SAP Buffer, memory management, performance tuning and troubleshooting</li><li>Administration of RFC connections to SAP OSS and SLD</li><li>SLD administration</li><li>SAP SNC router, SAP OSS connectivity and services</li><li>User Administration / System Authorization</li><li>Document and Data Archiving</li><li>Database Administration and patching(Oracle).</li><li>Database backup, restore and recovery.</li><li>SAP GUI deployment and patching</li><li>R/3 Profile Maintenance</li><li>Definition of the R/3 Operation Mode</li><li>Definition of Logon Groups</li><li>CCMS configuration, monitoring, and alerting</li><li>Background scheduling</li><li>Spool and printer administration</li><li>Configuring the Workbench Organizer and the Transport System</li><li>Working with the Workbench Organizer, Customizing Organizer and Transport System.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Desired Profile:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science, software engineering, or related field.</li><li>Managerial / Team Lead experience.</li><li>Strong process improvement discipline and results oriented drive.</li><li>In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience of SAP enterprise systems, software integration, and cyber security best practices.</li><li>Knowledge of computer hardware, cloud architecture, firewall and networking systems.</li><li>Experience with database management and proper system security best practices</li><li>Willingness to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Advanced project management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication &amp; interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to see big-picture designs from basic specifications.</li><li>Ability to problem solve complex technical issues.</li><li>Proven history of generating innovative and effective solutions.</li><li>Soft Skills required:</li><li class=\"ql-indent-1\">Ownership and accountability</li><li class=\"ql-indent-1\">Independent decision making</li><li class=\"ql-indent-1\">Excellent communication &amp; interpersonal skills - written and oral</li><li class=\"ql-indent-1\">Strong drive for results</li><li class=\"ql-indent-1\">Strong interpersonal skills.</li></ul>","isHybridJob":true,"isRemoteJob":true,"exclusiveJob":false,"hiringManager":"","jobCatagories":[],"maxExperience":"15","minExperience":"10","isOnPremiseJob":false,"onBehalfOfName":"Orion Innovation","otherlocations":[],"experienceLevel":"Mid / Senior","numberOfOpenings":"1","maxSeniorityLevel":6,"minSeniorityLevel":3,"otherJobReference":"","sharpenedJobTitle":"SAP BASIS Mid-Level Manager","job_category_group":3,"growthOppurtunities":[],"portalLocationDisplay":"United States or Remote","educationQualification":"","expertise_coreskill_or_product":["Sap","Azure"],"job_id":"2154"}
