What you will do

Sales PMO is responsible for supporting sales team in their daily activities including facilitation and monitoring of sales processes, forecasting, account planning, pipeline management, lead development and reporting.

 

  • Reporting of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly business metrics
  • Analyzing and publishing reports/dashboards for business reviews with sales leadership
  • Ensuring Salesforce is current with all sales activities and account updates
  • Tracking of special and critical sales projects or deals aimed at increased sales volumes
  • Responsible for sales process optimization by coordinating with the sales team
  • Be the SPOC for all sales activities and be responsible for accomplishing the sales targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all internal stakeholders and the sales leadership
  • Support sales of complex multi-year, multi-geography deals in the procurement and supply chain for all business offerings

What you should bring

  • 8+ years’ experience in sales project management preferably for a management consulting/procurement/supply chain company with a deep understanding of the industry dynamics
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MA/MS/MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with expertise in tools for analysis, and forecasting. Knowledge of Salesforce CRM preferred
  • Excellent presentation skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Background in collaborating with global teams to enhance sales effectivenes
