This role will align the Digital strategy with the Overall Marketing strategy and Organisation's revenue goals. Overall responsible for Organic & Paid presence of the Brand to generate awareness, interest, preference and eventually conversion to Business. The person will manage and grow a team of SEO & SEM resources. Help generate MQLs through website/Orgain traffic & Paid Campaigns.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Implement and manage overall marketing strategy, communication, budget allocation and ROI from different digital channels. 
  • Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) /SEM strategies.- Scale paid, affiliate, database, build backlinks on created and posted relevant content. 
  • Should have a solid knowledge of website analytics software and keyword tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc) and Knowledge of CRM functioning for Campaign performance tracking. 
  • Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction. 
  • Define, execute, analyze, and optimize A/B and multi-variant tests. 
  • Establish & track metrics and help the team improve and understand their performance, such as cost per metrics, LTV and CAC across various channels to evaluate ROI to drive the business. 
  • Experience of working in US and Europe is a plus. Work on CRM to enable tracking of sales funnel. 
  • Create and test campaign messages, landing pages, and lead nurturing to optimize conversions and lead quality. 


Desired Profile: 

  • Graduation, preferable MBA/Post Graduate Business with 3 - 8 years of experience. 
  • Ability to work with diverse stakeholders. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to persuade.
