The Client Partner is responsible for the strategic direction, solutions, sales and P&L management for a strategic client in Professional Services vertical of Orion. This will own the key relationship for the strategic account with an intent to grow it exponentially. The person must be able to interact and work with various factions ensuring cross proliferation of all Orion Services happen at a client place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client relationship management: Manage and grow relationships with client personnel – those directly involved with the client’s presence. 
  • Client Reporting and Executive management – Assure the client is kept up to date on program progress and overall delivery governance, Risks and mitigations.
  • Escalation Management – Manage client expectations and be personally responsible for all escalations related to the account with the key stake holders
  • Client delivery assurance – Assure the client of the commitment and driving the delivery process by working collaboratively with the Delivery Head/Managers in the business unit. 
  • Business development – Grow a portfolio and drive revenues within the scope of the industry vertical.
  • Account planning and governance - Completely responsible for all Client Management Processes
  • Identify new business opportunities, selling concepts to the client where required and influencing the client to give additional business based on demonstrated capability and past performance to existing and new clients. 
  • Conduct research as well as competitor analysis, and conduct client presentations, estimation efforts and proposals and negotiations. 
  • Collaborate with the Delivery Lead to address all people / solutions related issues. 
  • Work closely with the Solutions Leader to build customized solutions pitches for the target accounts and driving the revenues and delivery of these solutions industry wide. 
  • Identify capabilities to be built to support Service Portfolio Expansion.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Establish relationship with C-Level and appropriate peer at client side.
  • Develop a rapport by periodically connecting with the client or prospective client.
  • Understands and supporter strength of relationship, challenges, delivery issues, pursuits with the current and new clients, Client needs etc. through discussions with delivery team and interactions with the clients.
  • Implement client satisfaction surveys and analyze scores to identify issues and corrective action to be taken.
  • Other Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for driving the strategic direction, sales, client services and P&L for Orion across this global strategic account 
  • Work collaboratively with horizontal solutions teams, delivery team, etc. to create the Orion portfolio of solutions for the strategic account  
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure employee satisfaction in the account and drive performance 

Desired Profile:

  •  10+ years deep technical, business leadership and client services experience in technology services industry is necessary 
  • Professional Services sector experience and/or understanding is highly preferred, especially in Audit. Understanding of risk and tax areas additionally is preferred.
  • Prior experience with emerging technologies – digital, analytics, AI/ML preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high levels of client service and drive revenue growth
  • Must have managed about $50MM of account revenue with consistent growth year on year
  • Leadership skills and prior experience in managing a team is required
  • Self-starter who can build and accomplish things in new areas and established efficient processes
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills are important 
  • Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations
  • A demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective business relationships is essential
  • Bachelor's degree is required. It is preferred the bachelors is in a technology related field. A post-graduate degree will be good to have.

Compensation Range : $150k - $180k
