Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with the stakeholders and team members to scope, size, and articulate project concepts into clear project objectives, delivery approaches, and plans.
  • Develop project plans at a task, milestone, and resource level.
  • Manage project scope on an ongoing basis using documented change management techniques.
  • Manage, motivate, and lead the project team.
  • Prepare project budgets, track progress against plan noting exceptions and action plans.
  • Engage the team on an ongoing basis to identify project issues, project risks, action plans, and implications and manage those activities.
  • Proactive in taking initiative for identifying and resolving issues.
  • Maintain and encourage open lines of communication between Management, Stakeholders, and Team.
  • Actively manage multiple projects that may be in different phases of development.
  • Rise to the challenge, think on your feet, and problem solve.


Desired Profile:

  • Minimum of 10 to 12 years of relevant work experience in a professional software development environment.
  • Hands-on experience/expertise in MS stack for Data: SQL Server, SSMS, SSIS, SSAS.
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure DataBricks, Blob Storage, SQL Database, and SQL Data Warehouse.
  • Must have strong experience with Data Mining.
  • Proven track record managing technical software projects
  • Experience working in the Financial or Audit is an asset.
  • A proven track record for project planning, executing, controlling, and closing.
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills with a strong ability and high comfort level for direct-to-client communications.
  • Detailed oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized with solid problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated skills in facilitation, teamwork, and leadership.
  • Azure cloud experience in Azure data lake and Synapse.
  • The ideal candidate will have around 10 years of overall experience in the Technology Solutions and Data Analytics industry, with hands-on technical experience and excellent knowledge in a range of technologies across Data Warehousing, Data Lake, Big Data Engineering, ETL / Data Integration on various platforms and technology stacks - Microsoft (Azure is plus)- On-Prem, Hybrid, and Cloud.
  • Strong background in technical requirements gathering and solutioning, data-flow mapping and discovery at customer sites, RFI/RFP responses, software / POC demonstrations, and presentations to business and technical teams.
  • Assist with and drive the development of Proofs-of-Concept (POC's)
  • Attend prospect, customer, and internal meetings and assist in the creation of offering development plans and workflows
  • Act as D&A technical advisor/resource for sales and prospects as they navigate their way through the sales cycle.
  • Expertise in Data Warehouse and Data Lake Architecture and responsible for end-to-end architecture of DW/BI systems, requirement analysis, planning & estimation.
  • Hands-on experience/expertise in MS stack for Data & Analytics: SQL Server, SSMS, SSIS, SSAS.
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure DataBricks, Blob Storage, SQL Database, SQL Data Warehouse.  


Hybrid role with 3 days working from Montvale Office.


Compensation Range: $150K - $170K
