Global PayEX is seeking an Associate Program Manager (APM) to join our cutting-edge team to build and run large-scale, multi-tenant financial SaaS products and their associated implementations – referred together as projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor the progress of projects against pre-agreed timelines
Escalate to relevant stakeholders proactively to avoid grievances later
Track the project running costs against signed-off budgets
Be responsible for the successful delivery of products and projects
Run risk assessments and present them to the leadership team
Present all of the above in templated reports and dashboards
Desired Profile:
Be a BS preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical fields
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Know how to navigate across teams with different priorities and personalities
Understand risks and escalate them
Be stubborn with timelines but grounded in the realities of a startup
Learn how to decipher ambiguous status provided by colleagues and clients
Be a whiz in Excel, Powerpoint, or similar tools
Have a keen sense of budgets vs. costs
Learn how to present the root causes of possible future failures in a lucid manner.
