Sr. Data Scientist - US

Concentrix Catalyst is looking for Senior Data Scientists with hand in experience managing practice level projects and client relations along with driving innovation engagement to win grow and support business while working with the COE to industrialize and harden our assets capabilities solutions and offerings. Candidate should have strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Provide a clear presence with higher levels of customer stakeholders, along with the ability to mentor. This is a high visibility, high touch consulting role that blends technical and business skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Skills and Domain Knowledge
Deep experience and knowledge in AI/ML methods
Able to design novel algorithms to solve business problems
Build relevant new knowledge and technologies
High facility in all domains supporting Data Science excellence
Mathematically break down models and build bespoke algorithms to specific business problems
Explain algorithms in layman’s terms to a general audience
Explain algorithms in technical language and demonstrate depth with other industry experts
Translate models into prescriptive value that add actionable insight
Work on solutioning for RFIs RFPs SOWs POVs POCs etc.
Drive innovation and capabilities

Desired Profile:

Actively and continually contribute to the AI and Advanced Analytics Communities
Regularly contribute to the Data Science community in speaking engagements
Regularly publish articles and white papers
Network and maintain strong relationships in the global Data Science community
Build packages intended for public or proprietary use
Build new products in collaboration with the COE
Build reusable systems that automate management and increase reliability of systems
Build non-technical systems to automate the organization of managed services engagements.
10+ years of experience as a programmer computer scientist statistician or other related role. Master’s degree in Data Science or similar; PhD preferred.
