Looking for associates to work on fast paced implementation projects where you get the opportunity to implement some of the best banking products in the market. Ideal candidate should have at lest 3-4 years of IT experience with 2 years of experience in banking domain. Should have some experience implementing/configuring products for end customer. The analyst will need to understand the requirements from client, setup/configure the products as per those, test and deploy. Analyst will be responsible for the entire implementation life cycle starting from requirements gathering till go live.  


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate Banking products Implementations end to end.
  • Manage product configuration setup and updates.
  • Conduct validation of configurations and connectivity testing.
  • Identify automation opportunities and any potential process improvements.
  • Post-implementation support for client’s post go-live as requested.
  • Maintain and update documentation, as applicable.
  • Conduct capacity planning and forecasting jointly with the team on a rolling three-month basis.
  • Analyze and prepare for content migrations if any and arrive at the detailed migration approach, plan, and associated list of activities.
  •  Provide application assistance for successful implementation.

  • Work with clients to define and setup product configuration including data elements required for creation of the database.
  • Setup and configure product interfaces and integration as applicable
  • Participate in discussions with client and data providers to review data and file requirements and preparation of files if applicable.
  • Assist with financial institution clients with the creation of the necessary databases and associated financial reports as necessary.
  • Review final databases in preparation for production (go-live) cutover to ensure quality standards are met
  • Identify setup issues, research source of problem and independently resolve.
  • Provide client training and production (go-live) support at the client site, via WebEx or in a classroom environment.
  • Coordinate client schedules, hosted tenant provisioning, and core interface activities. Monitor project plan to meet expected timelines. Assist with managing client expectations.
  • Support client in production readiness activities.
  • Conduct validation of configurations and connectivity testing.

Desired Profile:

  • Degree in computer science or a proven track of related experience and education. 
  • Basic knowledge of systems analysis and requirements management for user interfaces and backend components. 
  • Understanding of typical software and hardware limitations and awareness for applicable remediation methods. 
  • Ability to produce high level design documentation 
  • Attention to details, completeness, integrity of the produced documentation. 
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Strong information discovery skills by means of exploration of the IT systems and through personal communications. 
  • Goal-focused person. Positive 'Can Do' attitude. 
  • General knowledge of data processing, hardware platforms, software applications, client/server architectures and standard communications protocols. 
  • General knowledge of and experience with development, programming, testing and implementation tools and techniques. 
  • Experience of researching and analyzing system changes, and writing system requirements documentation, data mappings, system functional specifications. 
  • Ability to support multiple projects in an agile environment with minimal guidance and direction. 
  • Fluent written and verbal English language communication skills.
