As a Product Manager at Flixstock, you will shape and deliver our cutting-edge B2B enterprise product. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute product strategies aligned with business goals. Drive the product development lifecycle and ensure customer needs are met.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and customer needs. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Requirements Gathering: Understand customer pain points, gather feedback, and define product requirements. Translate insights into actionable features.
  • Product Development: Lead the product development lifecycle, including planning, wireframing, prototyping, and QA testing. Prioritize feature development based on business value.
  • Project Management: Manage product development efforts, set goals, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. Conduct meetings and presentations to keep them informed.
  • Product Marketing Support: Collaborate with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.

Desired Profile:

  • Experience: 3-4 years of B2B enterprise product management experience.
  • Business and Technical Background: Strong understanding of B2B markets and enterprise software. Technical background or experience working with engineering teams is a plus.
  • Product Vision: Ability to translate business requirements into innovative product solutions. Stay updated with industry trends.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Adaptability and Initiative: Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Take ownership and drive initiatives forward.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Additional certifications in product management or related disciplines are a plus.
