The Direct Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth in the fashion industry by selling Flixstock's advanced AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in sales, with significant experience in the US market and a track record of working with fashion brands. This is an individual contributor role, and the successful candidate will be expected to be a self-starter, proactive, and driven to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive growth in the fashion industry
Prospect and qualify leads, build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate and close deals
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure customer satisfaction and success
Continuously stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and the competitive landscape
Desired Profile:
5-10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of the US market, specifically the fashion industry
Experience working with fashion brands and understanding of their business needs and pain points
Experience in end-to-end sales, from prospecting to closing deals
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
