The Direct Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth in the fashion industry by selling Flixstock's advanced AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in sales, with significant experience in the US market and a track record of working with fashion brands. This is an individual contributor role, and the successful candidate will be expected to be a self-starter, proactive, and driven to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive growth in the fashion industry
  • Prospect and qualify leads, build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate and close deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure customer satisfaction and success
  • Continuously stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and the competitive landscape

Desired Profile:

  • 5-10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the US market, specifically the fashion industry
  • Experience working with fashion brands and understanding of their business needs and pain points
  • Experience in end-to-end sales, from prospecting to closing deals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
