Key Responsibilities:
Own and deliver the current revenue target in line with planning process.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and customer needs to identify new market opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to key decision-makers.
Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies, optimize lead generation efforts, and ensure effective conversion of leads into customers.
Desired Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in business or an MBA.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the financial industry.
Willingness to travel for 70% of the time.
Proven track record of blocking and tackling and resolving client objections speedily to ensure quick closure of deals.
Strong knowledge and understanding of credit decision-based products, financial services, and industry trends.
Results-oriented approach with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
