As part of the Portfolio Management/Risk team, the candidate will collaborate with cross functional teams to support/develop applications utilized by portfolio/risk managers and research analysts. Ideal candidates will have strong data &amp; ETL experience and come from similar projects that work in an Agile environment. This role requires a highly motivated, organized, and experienced developer with pride of ownership reflected through code quality and a disciplined software development approach. Knowledge/experience within the asset management industry is a plus.</p><p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><br></p><p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li class=\"ql-align-justify\">Help develop and support data pipelines</li><li class=\"ql-align-justify\">Build APIs and support other backend processes</li><li class=\"ql-align-justify\">Help develop user facing interactive dashboards/reports with a focus on visual appeal, responsiveness, performance, testing and usability.</li></ul><p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><strong>Desired Profile:</strong></p><ul><li class=\"ql-align-justify\">4+ years’ experience in backend development languages - .Net highly preferred</li><li class=\"ql-align-justify\">C# knowledge with multi-thread experience required</li><li class=\"ql-align-justify\">Strong SQL skills, including query optimization, stored procedures, views, pivots, and migrations</li><li class=\"ql-align-justify\">Agile Development Experience and passion to speak up and deliver user stories</li><li class=\"ql-align-justify\">Exposure to one or more modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js)</li><li class=\"ql-align-justify\">Proficiency working with RESTful services and APIs</li><li class=\"ql-align-justify\">Ability to optimize code for performance and memory usage</li><li class=\"ql-align-justify\">Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to present multiple solutions and potential side effects</li><li class=\"ql-align-justify\">BS/MS in Computer Science or Information Technology – equivalent experiences accepted.</li><li class=\"ql-align-justify\">Experience building Angular, JavaScript, CSS3 &amp; HTML5 applications preferred</li><li class=\"ql-align-justify\">Experience building applications in a monorepo framework (Nx) preferred</li><li class=\"ql-align-justify\">Working knowledge of Microsoft IIS, Amazon AWS EC2/S3/RDS preferred</li></ul><p class=\"ql-align-justify\"><strong>Compensation Range: $120k-$175k approx.</strong></p>","isHybridJob":false,"isRemoteJob":false,"dateRecieved":"20211019000000","exclusiveJob":false,"isJDVerified":true,"hiringManager":"Web Imitation","maxExperience":"12","minExperience":"5","isOnPremiseJob":true,"onBehalfOfName":"Lazard Asset Management","otherlocations":[],"experienceLevel":"Mid / Senior","annotationStatus":1,"maxSeniorityLevel":6,"minSeniorityLevel":3,"otherJobReference":"","sharpenedJobTitle":"Fullstack Engineer, C#","job_category_group":3,"portalLocationDisplay":"New York","educationQualification":"Baccalaureate Degree","expertise_coreskill_or_product":["Full Stack","Software Development"],"expertise_functional_area_hiring_team":"","job_id":"2634"}
