We are looking for a Compensation Associate. In this role, you’ll play an integral role in the planning, developing, and administering of compensation programs, policies, and procedures. You will be responsible for maintaining pay structures, conducting market review, and analyzing compensation data.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Help manage our global broad-based compensation programs, including base pay, short-term incentive pay, and deferred compensation.
  • Proactively partner with colleagues in the business and across HR to share insights drawn from data in a simplified, digestible manner.
  • Administer the global year-end compensation process across financial advisory, asset management and corporate functions. Partner with HR Business Partners to provide compensation analysis and guidance during the annual compensation process.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute the annual market review process to identify pay trends/market movement and validate that current pay practices are competitive.
  • Perform complex data analysis and sophisticated compensation modeling
  • Anticipate requests from our Board and Compensation Committees and prepare for meetings accordingly.
  • Provide ongoing support to our compensation system and provide any training needs to key stakeholders.

Desired Profile:

  • 5 or more years of compensation experience (global experience is a plus)
  • Advanced excel skills required (complex functions, graphs, pivot tables and macros, as reporting and modeling are critical to this role). Experience with SQL, VBA, Python is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail and ability to distill insights from raw data
  • Comfort working with and analyzing large sets of data and presenting results that tell a clear and compelling story
  • Effective communication with strong interpersonal skills, as you will need to frequently interact with various HR professionals and senior management
  • Teamwork and collaboration-orientated, with the ability to work independently on complex tasks
  • Sound judgement: you know how to prioritize, when to escalate things, and how to manage confidential data with discretion
  • Experience with PeopleSoft and PeopleFluent is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or HR with particular focus on analytics.

Compensation Range :$125k-$150K Base(approximately)
