Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience working with US accounting
  • Calling for Timesheets of onsite employees, Posting of Timesheets in QuickBooks and Reconciliation of the same
  • Manage all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in Quick books
  • Performing monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Monthly financial reports for management
  • Manage, book and maintain expense details for business independently
  • Ad-hoc projects and reporting
  • Knowledge of Finalization of Accounting
  • Updating tax changes and coordinating with team.
  • Knowledge of US taxation rules and regulations are added advantage.
  • Should have prepared financial statements - Profit and loss account and Balance sheet
  • Develop monthly financial statement, including cash flow, profit and loss
  • Should do research and have to update with changes of different taxes of US Geographical area

Desired profile:

  • · Candidate should have good knowledge in QuickBooks
  • Minimum 5 plus years of experience into US Accounting only
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Expert in filing US Accounts
  • Candidates preferably from IT Services / financial services companies.
