What you will do

  • Partner with the leadership team to ensure alignment of Human Resources with the organizational growth strategy
  • Ensure a performance-based mind-set within the function and across the organization
  • Assess, monitor and be accountable for SLA’s within the HR organization including those for recruitment, talent mgmt., employee engagement, training and development, C&B etc.
  • Enhance employee engagement, reward and recognition programs
  • Ensure policies, procedures and employment practices support the needs of the workforce and the organization and are compliant with all laws and regulations
  • Direct the human resources team to develop policies, procedures, strategies and initiatives emphasizing on the human capital
  • Work closely with the legal counsel to resolve labor related legal matters
  • Support all functional areas concerning human capital matters, process improvements, strategic implementation of policies aligned with company objectives
  • Manage performance evaluations and support the team in excelling at their roles by training them on technical skills, work management, communication and conflict management
  • Address the organizational growth and operating efficiency by developing proper controls and reporting procedures for human resource performance

What you should bring

  • 12+ years of experience in human resources management
  • Proven experience in creating and leading excellent human resource practices across a global and diverse organization
  • Must have comprehensive knowledge of all human resources functions
  • Possess skills in strategic planning, recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, policy management and compliance
  • Excellent operational skills
  • Ability to continuously work on developing and strengthening controls
  • Able to identify opportunities to improve efficient customer service and relationships for all internal groups of the company
  • Experience working within a consulting firm environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, master’s degree preferred
