As Principal Product Manager, you will be responsible for finding, assessing, and pitching new application initiatives for the Falkonry product suite. We’re looking for customer success-minded entrepreneurs who are passionate about innovating on behalf of customers, advancing an industry, and demonstrating a high degree of product ownership. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of your products including ideation, prototype, architecture, development, release, documentation, customer validation, and sales enablement.

Responsibilities

  • Work with executive stakeholders of Falkonry and prospects to identify opportunities for operational machine learning products
  • Gather, document, and analyze business needs and requirements and drive customer experience design and product roadmap
  • Develop and manage a product backlog to maximize return on engineering investment
  • Solicit and process user feedback as it pertains to product backlog
  • Interact with system architects and developers to ensure the requirements and use cases are properly implemented
  • Manage day-to-day technical and design direction to achieve long term roadmap goals
  • Provide draft product marketing and sales collateral development
  • Develop prototypes working with cross-functional teams
  • Occasional international travel to meet with customers and executives will be required

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or a related discipline
  • 10+ years of product management experience

Desired Qualifications

  • MBA or Master’s education from a reputed program
  • Familiarity with production and manufacturing is desirable
  • Experience delivering enterprise software products and services in a high growth environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs and evaluate new ideas
  • Experience coordinating complex product development cycles and software development schedules
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired
  • History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the work done
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to juggle important and urgent priorities across more than one project
