As a Account Manager you will own and grow key multinational account or part of the account depending on the size and scale of account within the BFSI Industries for Mindtree.

 

Experience:

  • Min. 8-10 Years of sales/account mgmt. experience in managing 5-10Mn portfolio
  • Should have managed Banking client relationship ( Corporate banking/Payments preferable)
  • Have experience in selling Digital projects ( Cloud, API, Portal Solutions, RPA, Data Lake, AI/VR)
  • In case he/she has sold Marketing Technology, selling that would be an added advantage
  • AMS and Infra deals knowledge good to have but not a must
  • Awareness of banking regulations, good to have

  • Deal development from inception to proposal to closure
  • Working with remote teams – distributed across the globe
  • Should have more focus on growth then size of portfolio he or she has managed
  • Awareness of fintech world and their play in the old banking system
  • Self-driven and can work independently
