What you will do
Design, develop and implement organization wide talent strategies focusing on acquiring executive level talent Assess candidates to ensure cultural fit, qualification and compatibility Partner with management and leadership to align on the strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs Calibrate best candidates with hiring panel and management Actively contribute to knowledge base of executive recruitment at GEP by researching and updating information on talent pools and sources Develop metrics and tracking mechanisms to measure results, impact and cost effectiveness of talent acquisition team, specifically designed to minimize days-to fill, cost per hire and retention. Develop metrics and guidelines to track hiring trends, hard-to-fill positions, and cyclical hiring in order to design tactics and strategies for finding the best candidates. Collect, analyze and maintain data gathered to inform targeted leadership succession planning. Create and maintain an environment of equal employment opportunity, diversity and competitive advantage in support of diversity and inclusion strategic plan. Partner with the leadership team to ensure alignment of Talent Acquisition with the organizational growth strategy Ensure a performance-based mind-set is evident within the function and across the organization Continuously assess, monitor and be accountable for SLA’s for Recruitment Work with Talent Acquisition team to update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes) Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire) Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches) Research and suggest job advertising options Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques Work closely with our talent branding team Stay current on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations Participate in job fairs and career events Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners What you should bring 12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and 5+ in executive recruitment Strong decision-making skills Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices) Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases Experience working within a consulting firm environment Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferably from a Top Tier institution
