What you will do


  • Design, develop and implement organization wide talent strategies focusing on acquiring executive level talent 
  • Assess candidates to ensure cultural fit, qualification and compatibility
  • Partner with management and leadership to align on the strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs
  • Calibrate best candidates with hiring panel and management
  • Actively contribute to knowledge base of executive recruitment at GEP by researching and updating information on talent pools and sources
  • Develop metrics and tracking mechanisms to measure results, impact and cost effectiveness of talent acquisition team, specifically designed to minimize days-to fill, cost per hire and retention.
  • Develop metrics and guidelines to track hiring trends, hard-to-fill positions, and cyclical hiring in order to design tactics and strategies for finding the best candidates.
  • Collect, analyze and maintain data gathered to inform targeted leadership succession planning.
  • Create and maintain an environment of equal employment opportunity, diversity and competitive advantage in support of diversity and inclusion strategic plan.
  • Partner with the leadership team to ensure alignment of Talent Acquisition with the organizational growth strategy
  • Ensure a performance-based mind-set is evident within the function and across the organization
  • Continuously assess, monitor and be accountable for SLA’s for Recruitment
  • Work with Talent Acquisition team to update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
  • Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)
  • Research and suggest job advertising options
  • Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
  • Work closely with our talent branding team
  • Stay current on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations
  • Participate in job fairs and career events
  • Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners

What you should bring

  • 12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and 5+ in executive recruitment
  • Strong decision-making skills 
  • Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
  • Experience working within a consulting firm environment
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferably from a Top Tier institution
