We’re looking for customer success-minded entrepreneurs who are passionate about innovating on behalf of customers, advancing an industry, and demonstrating a high degree of product ownership. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of your products including ideation, prototype, architecture, development, release, documentation, customer validation, and sales enablement. </p>\n<p>Reports To: Director of Product Management\nWorks With: Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success\nSeniority Level: Principal</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with executive stakeholders of Falkonry and prospects to identify opportunities for operational machine learning products</li>\n<li>Gather, document, and analyze business needs and requirements and drive customer experience design and product roadmap</li>\n<li>Develop and manage a product backlog to maximize return on engineering investment</li>\n<li>Solicit and process user feedback as it pertains to product backlog</li>\n<li>Interact with system architects and developers to ensure the requirements and use cases are properly implemented</li>\n<li>Manage day-to-day technical and design direction to achieve long term roadmap goals</li>\n<li>Provide draft product marketing and sales collateral development</li>\n<li>Develop prototypes working with cross-functional teams</li>\n<li>Occasional international travel to meet with customers and executives will be required </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Basic Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or a related discipline</li>\n<li>10+ years of product management experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>MBA or Master’s education from a reputed program</li>\n<li>Familiarity with production and manufacturing is desirable</li>\n<li>Experience delivering enterprise software products and services in a high growth environment</li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs and evaluate new ideas</li>\n<li>Experience coordinating complex product development cycles and software development schedules</li>\n<li>Ability to think strategically and execute methodically</li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired</li>\n<li>History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done</li>\n<li>Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</li>\n<li>Ability to juggle important and urgent priorities across more than one project</li>\n</ul>","isHybridJob":false,"isRemoteJob":true,"noOfOpenings":1,"maxExperience":"14","minExperience":"10","isOnPremiseJob":false,"onBehalfOfName":"Falkonry","otherlocations":[],"zohoCurrencyIn":"USD","experienceLevel":"Mid / Senior","zohoNoOfOpenings":{"noOfOpenings":1,"fulfillmentIds":["557706000000618029-1"]},"otherJobReference":null,"sharpenedJobTitle":"Principal Product Manager","job_category_group":3,"portalLocationDisplay":"Mumbai MH","expertise_coreskill_or_product":["Other"],"job_id":"2116"}
