This will require the\nSE to design an overall solution and develop detailed functional requirements\naddressing the business processes, flows and interface specifications.\nEnhancements are required based on regulator mandates, customer interactions,\nand marketability enhancements.<br /></p><ul><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Work with cross-functional business and\ntechnical teams (including system engineers, developers, and testers) and key\ncustomer stakeholders to create highly effective, usable, intuitive and\nconsistent user interfaces.<br /></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Create mockups, clickable prototypes, etc.\nduring the development cycle for new features and capabilities<br /></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Act as the user advocate during the development\nprocess and offer suggestions from a user-centered perspective.<br /></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Lead the usability testing processes.\nResponsible for user acceptance of system elements during the development\ncycle. Collaborate with Product Managers, Development, QA, and customers to\nensure UI meets product requirements and experience expectations.<br /></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Participate in user experience usability tests,\nconduct interviews and site visits, organize surveys and perform other\nusability assessments as appropriate. Support the QA testing efforts to ensure\nthe user experience requirements are fulfilled.<br /></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Act as the “go to” with in-depth knowledge of\nuser interface best practices and standards. Use research and trends to support\nrecommendations.<br /></li></ul><p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;<b>Required Skills</b><br /></p><ul><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Writing usability requirements and prototyping\nin addition to translating them into user stories for the development team<br /></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Experience with user interface design patterns<br /></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Experience with delivery and support as a\nusability engineer in an agile environment is required<br /></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\">UNIX, Linux, and Windows OS experience is\ndesired.<br /></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Knowledge of various wireframe tools (e.g. Azure\nand InVision)<br /></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Experience with delivery and support as a system\nengineer in an agile environment adhering to agile best practices is required.<br /></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Experience in analyzing customer business\nprocess and requirement, performing gap analysis and proposing the solutions.<br /></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Familiarity with development technologies and\nability to prototype mockup’s using those frameworks (e.g. Bootstrap, CSS,\nHTML)<br /></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Broad scope of technical background, including\nsuch areas as databases, interface protocols, security, encryption, analytics,\nusability engineering<br /></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Team spirit; Excellent verbal, written and\ncommunication skills is required with the ability to interact with end\nusers/customers on a regular basis<br /></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Strong time management skills with a history of\nmeeting commitments is required<br /></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Adhere to corporate style standards on fonts,\ncolors and images<br /></li><li class=\"align-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Bachelor’s degree and an equivalent of 5+ years\nof working experience.
