The role requires one to:
  • Work with business teams to define gaps, facilitate discussions to harmonize and document end state(to be) processes
  • Analyse current business requirements and define and update requirements to address the necessary changes in business process
  • Own alignment of business requirement changes with IT and business stakeholders

Skill set required:
  • Strong business process modeler skills with experience in as-is/to-be business process analysis and definition
  • Strong BA skills able to develop BRD and the ability to quickly learn and understand the system and process based on current requirements
  • Very strong written and oral communication skills.  Self-starter
  • Understanding of Regulatory business processes would be a plus point
