This award is designed to recognize organizations that are prioritizing inclusive hiring practices where job seekers from all backgrounds can thrive.

The Meytier Equitable Hiring Awards consist of three different levels: Gold, Silver and Bronze. These are awarded based on our standardized assessment through a survey on Equitable Hiring Practices that evaluates if a company or organization is exhibiting and tracking the following:


- Commitment 

- Measurement 

- Policies

- Implementing 

- Results / Improvements

Together, we can create a future where every applicant feels valued, respected, and empowered to reach their full potential.

Based on responses received to our assessment, we evaluate companies' adoption of the following best practices that collectively contribute to an equitable hiring process:


  1. Bias awareness training
  2. Non-gendered language in job descriptions
  3. Digital accessibility for your job descriptions
  4. Diverse slate requirement
  5. Standardized hiring process
  6. Blind resume screenings
  7. Diverse interview panels
  8. Measurement of outcomes for diverse cohorts
  9. Candidate feedback at each stage
